DAYTIME CLASS IN DANVERS!

The Parents Apart Parenting Education Program is held in the Gordon Room at The Peabody Institute Library in Danvers is held each month on two Monday mornings. You must attend both sessions to receive the certificate for the Probate and Family Court.

Part A - MONDAY morning, 9:30 a.m. - noon

Part B - MONDAY morning, 9:30 a.m. - noon

Important Information:

Each parent must attend both sessions in entirety to obtain the certificate of completion for the Court
Both parents may not attend sessions at the same time together
Children may not accompany parents

No classes in November or December 2009.

Registration Information:

Please complete your registration in advance. Registration at the door on the first day of class is on a space available basis only, by submitting the tuition fee at the door.

Registration Fee: $80 per person (total for the two sessions)

Payable by money order (to "Family Healthy Choices, Inc.") or by cash. No personal checks are accepted. In special circumstances if the Court has provided a waiver, the $5 fee must be received along with the Court-approved waiver document at the time of the registration.

How do I register?

Pre-Register Online:

ONLINE REGISTRATION: Complete and submit the online registration form. You will be sent a confirmation of your registration by e-mail or mail. Provide your confirmation and full registration payment to the on-site coordinator up to 30 minutes prior to the first class start time.

PHONE REGISTRATION: Or, you may call our registration line 978-887-6342, mailbox 2. Please leave your name, address and phone and SPELL YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS. You will be sent a confirmation letter.

At the door: To register at the door, simply arrive within 30 minutes prior to the class start time to complete the registration form. Provide your complete registration form and full registration fee to the on-site coordinator. ON A SPACE AVAILABLE BASIS ONLY.
